Please read carefully the following terms & conditions as they set out the basis upon which you can visit and use www.zwfootcare.com. We reserve the right to change these terms and conditions at any time and we advise you to read them each time that you use this site.
When you place an order with us, it will be deemed that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you are unhappy with any part of these terms and conditions, you should contact one of our team before placing an order with us either by phone (07828212689) or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or by post. By placing an order through our website, you are making an offer to Z.W. Footcare to purchase the goods outlined in your order upon the terms described in your order. Carriage charges will be shown prior to completion of your order. A Flat rate of £4.00 will be applied to orders online. Free delivery is applied to online orders exceeding £20.00.
After placing an order online, we will provide you with confirmation that your order has been received but this is not confirmation that your offer to buy the items has been accepted. Our contract for the sale of our products will only exist once an order has been accepted, processed and despatched.
Should there be an issue with your order, one of our team will contact you either by phone or email. Please ensure that you check all items on receipt, as faulty or damaged items must be reported within 8 working days of receiving the item.
Z.W. Footcare Solutions reserves the right to reject any offer of purchase by you at any point. Please note that whilst we will make every effort to keep your order details and payment secure, we cannot be responsible for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any information that you supply when accessing or ordering from the Z.W. Footcare Solutions website.
We will exchange or credit any product once the product has been received by us and is in a saleable condition. A refund of the delivery charge will not be given unless the products returned are incorrect or were delivered in a damaged or faulty state.
For reasons of hygiene and safety if the packaging has been opened, not in fully saleable condition we are unable to exchange or credit.

Incorrect Orders and Damaged or Faulty Products:
If you are returning an incorrect order or a product which was delivered to you in a damaged or faulty state, we would ask you to follow the returns procedure set out above. If the goods have been damaged in transit we require photographic evidence. Every product is packaged in an outer cardboard carton and aluminium or biopolymer bottle. If the outer packaging becomes damaged we can replace this by sending a flat carton in the post or if unusable a full refund will be offered including postage charges.
